At SemaRank, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for subscriptions and credit purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Cancellation Within 1 Minute

Important: 1-Minute Refund Window

If you cancel your subscription or delete a task within 1 minute of creation and have not used any resources, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 1 minute, no refunds will be issued, regardless of task success or deletion.

2.2 After 1 Minute

After the 1-minute window:

  • No refunds will be issued for subscription fees
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
  • Unused credits will not be refunded

3. Credit Refunds

3.1 Purchased Credits

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete
  • If you cancel a task within 1 minute and credits haven't been deducted, you may request a refund

3.2 Monthly Credits

Monthly credits included with your subscription are not refundable and do not roll over to the next month.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Our Commitment to You

In exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. If within the 1-minute window, include the timestamp of your cancellation

6. Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
